我個COOKBOOK終於開張大吉啦~
其實只不過係想SHARE一下我喜歡既recipe同煮食既樂趣
對於我黎講, 煮野食係一種生活享受, 而且對減厭都好有幫助
所以當我厭力大既時候, 朋友就會有口福啦! 哈

加上好鍾意改下人地D食譜, 做出屬於自己既食譜
改下諗下咁都幾開心同滿足~~~
同埋我既食譜都會比較少油同少糖
所以大家記得第一次做既時候唔好減糖呀!!!
其實我煮食既時候D分量都幾隨意
D唔會影響成敗既材料我都好求其咁落
好似啲可可粉呀, 朱古力呀, CREAM呀, 糖呀等等
所以只要你事前準確好, 絕不會失敗嫁!
而第一個食譜就係我最最最鍾意做既蛋糕仔
基本上我個個月點都會整1-2次
而且做法做簡單, 大家都可以整下
絕對係不敗食譜
無論係第一次又好, 整野難食都好
只要你跟住一步步做, 一定會成功嫁!!
呢種係好細粒個D蛋糕仔, 大約係士多啤梨咁大粒個D
♥♥♥ 材料 Ingredient ( 朱古力味 / Chocolate minicake )
✿ 低筋麵粉 Cake flour - 110 G✿ 泡打粉 Baking powder - 1/2 茶匙 teaspoon✿ 可可粉 Cocoa powder - 30 G✿ 砂糖 Granulated sugar - 70 G ( 我平時會落50G - 70G左右 )✿ 蛋 Egg - 2隻✿ 鹽 Salt - 少許 A litter✿ 無鹽牛油 Unsalted butter - 100 G✿ 朱古力粒 Baking Chocolate Pearls - 適量 Up to you
♥♥♥ 材料 Ingredient ( 牛油味 / Butter minicake )
✿ 低筋麵粉 Cake flour - 140 G✿ 泡打粉 Baking powder - 1/2 茶匙 teaspoon✿ 砂糖 Granulated sugar - 70 G ( 我平時會落50G - 70G左右 )✿ 蛋 Egg - 2隻✿ 鹽 Salt - 少許 A litter✿ 無鹽牛油 Unsalted butter - 100 G✿ 朱古力粒 Baking Chocolate Pearls - 適量 Up to you
♥♥♥ 事前準備 Prepare
✿ 粉類過篩✿ 牛油坐溶, 或者叮溶佢都得✿ 預熱焗爐180度✿ Cake flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. sift mixture twice.
✿ Melt the butter
✿ Preheat the oven to180 degree
♥♥♥ 做法 Way
✿ 蛋加入糖及鹽打至企身(大約9成, 顏色會轉淡) 大約打15分鐘✿ 加入已篩的粉類由底至面拌勻✿ 加入已溶的牛油拌勻✿ 加入朱古力粒✿ 倒在模中大約8分滿
✿ 入爐焗15 - 20分鐘
✿ 搞掂!
✿ Whisk the egg, sugar and salt. continue to stir in a figure 8 motion
✿ Add powder mixture. Use rubber spatula to slide in the misture and then stir upwards until no granules.
✿ Add the melted butter and combine
✿ Add Baking Chocolate Pearls
✿ Pour the mixture in to moulds (80% full).
✿ Bake at 180C for 15 - 20 minutes.
✿ Finish!
